The Auxiliary of the JFK Foundation hosts trip to 'CHIHULY Nights' at New York Botanical Garden

The Heather Twig, a committee of the Auxiliary of the JFK Medical Center Foundation, is proudly hosting a trip to the New York Botanical Garden (NYBG) after hours adventure at the CHIHULY Nights exhibit on Thursday, September 14th. The cost per person is $80 and includes: an unforgettable self-guided tour of the New York Botanical Garden at night, a stop at Little Italy’s Arthur Avenue in the Bronx (leisure time for shopping and dinner on your own) and round trip transportation to and from JFK Medical Center’s campus in Edison.

For the first time in more than ten years, Dale Chihuly, a world-renowned artist, will be featured in a major exhibition at the New York Botanical Gardens. Experience twenty installations created by the Seattle based glassmaker as they are illuminated under the evening sky and set against the NYBG’s 250-acre living landscape. A few places where his custom creations are on display are: The Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas and Mohegan Sun Casino in Connecticut.

In addition to the exhibition, NYBG CHIHULY Nights includes entertainment from a rotating lineup of musicians and performers.
